Enquiry form: name, organisation, professional email, optional telephone, enquiry type and the content of your message.

Newsletter: email address only. No name, no organisation, no segmentation fields.

Analytics: this website uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics service. Plausible sets no cookies, collects no personal data, uses no device fingerprinting and creates no persistent or cross-site identifier, so no consent banner is required and nothing is stored on your device. What is recorded is aggregated and non-identifying: pages viewed, approximate country, referring source, device category and a small number of named events such as a profile download or a form submission. Individual visitors are not tracked or profiled. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising tag and no remarketing pixel anywhere on this site.

Enquiry details are used solely to respond to your enquiry. Newsletter addresses are used solely to send The Operator's Note. Analytics is used to understand which content is useful.

Enquiries: to take steps at your request prior to any engagement, and legitimate interest in responding to professional correspondence. Newsletter: your consent, withdrawable at any time.

Nobody, other than the service providers required to operate the website — hosting, form delivery, email delivery and Plausible Analytics. Email delivery is handled by Resend, which transmits the contents of your enquiry solely so that the message reaches Dr. Walid; it is not used for any other purpose. These providers process data on instruction and do not use it for their own purposes. Information is never sold or shared for marketing.

Enquiry records: 24 months from last contact, then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: Plausible stores aggregated counts only; there is no individual-level record to retain or delete.

You may request access to your information, correction, deletion or a copy in portable form, and you may object to processing or withdraw consent. Email contact@walidelsayes.com. Requests are answered within 30 days.

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are encrypted in transit and spam-filtered. No absolute guarantee of security can be given for information transmitted over the internet, and none is offered here.

This website is not a healthcare service and does not knowingly collect health information. Please do not send symptoms, diagnoses, medical records or patient information. Any such information received will be deleted and not retained.

This site is intended for professional audiences and is not directed at anyone under 18.
